By accessing or using Diamond Finder Minecraft X-Ray—including the website at findores.app ("Website") and the Diamond Finder iOS app ("App")—you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

2. Description of Service

Website: The Website is a web-based tool that helps users locate ore deposits in Minecraft worlds using world seeds and coordinates. It supports Java and Bedrock editions (1.18–1.21). Use on the Website may show a limited number of results; full results and additional features are available in the App.

App: The App provides the same ore-finding functionality with additional features such as full result lists, saved search history, multiple worlds, and optional in-app subscriptions ("Pro") for access to all ore types and an ad-free experience. The App may display advertisements for non-subscribers.

3. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Website and App for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works of the service or its content
• Use the service for any commercial purpose or public display without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Website or App
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights

4. Subscriptions and Purchases (App)

Pro and other in-app purchases are processed by Apple. Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are subject to Apple's terms and App Store policies. We do not store your payment details. Subscription benefits (e.g., ad-free experience, all ores) apply as described in the App at the time of purchase.

5. Disclaimer

The Website and App are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diamond Finder Minecraft X-Ray and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profit, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Website or App.

Ore locations and other materials are provided for informational use. We do not warrant that results are accurate, complete, or current in every world or version. We may change features and content at any time without notice.

The Website and App may contain links to third-party sites (e.g., the App Store). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites. Your use of linked services is at your own risk.
